The Poor Are Asking, Are We Listening?

Jesus’ words, “Ask, seek, knock,” are often interpreted as a personal invitation to pray boldly and trust that God will provide. But what if this passage also challenges us to listen to those around us—the poor, the hurting, and the overlooked—who are asking, seeking, and knocking too? In this message from Matthew 7:7–12, we’ll explore how Jesus calls His followers to embody compassion and generosity, responding to others the way we hope God responds to us.
